Finally, the 2015 #CHILDHERO short story contest begins……
Tomorrow, peregrine reads shall flag off her child awareness campaign with the #CHILDHERO short story contest. Each contestant will take us on a long ride with their beautiful, thought provoking stories.
The essence of the contest, as stated in previous post is to tell the stories of the disadvantaged children in our midst, to bring a re-birth to their lives through vivid images that can connect us back to them and awaken our spirit for a deeper call for responsibility towards the children, hence the title of the contest, #CHILDHERO.
From tomorrow, two contesting works will be published on the site, subsequently every day. Contestants are expected to share their beautiful works of creativity with family, friends and friends of friends so they can read, appreciate, and support your story with vote of comments.
The more vote of comments your story gets; the more chances you have of emerging winner of the contest. By doing so you would have covered 50% of your winning chances. The Judge’s review(s) and ratings will cover the other 50% of each contestant’s work.
The judges will support each contesting work by giving their reviews on every work published, so you can keep checking your work to see what each judge has got to say about your work and what rating you got!
MEET THE CONTESTANTS
Big congratulations to the successful short-listed contestants for the #CHILDHERO contest!
The challenge officially kicks off from tomorrow, the 16th of December till the 23rd of December.
All works remain open to vote of comments once they have been published until the 31st of December; the deadline for voting in the contest.
